Millac Gold is a cream alternative made from a blend of vegetable fat, cream and buttermilk for whipping, cooking and pouring. The cream whips up to three times its original volume, which is 50% more than dairy creams, and has a longer storage life. Tastes as good as fresh cream with consistent results in cooking. Use this tripartite cream to make your egusi soup, moi-moi, pap, custard, puff-puff, spaghettis, porridge yam, cream soup, cake covering, dessert, mousses, thicken a butter chicken curry sauce, or whisk together with mascarpone, caster sugar and Marsala wine to make a tiramisu, use in making pinacolada drinks or milkshakes etc. It does not split when used in cooking and reduces just like dairy cream, making this an ideal product for those busy chefs when time is precious.
